Online Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item and need to return the shipment for a refund, please note the following:

The return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The shoes and the shoebox must be in original "new" condition or the return will not be allowed.
Affix the enclosed shipping label to the outside of the shipping carton to ensure we receive the return merchandise and credit the proper account.
State reason for returning merchandise.
Only the cost of the shoes will be refunded to your account, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note:

- Worn merchandise is not refundable.

- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the merchandise returned.

- The credit to your account will be reflected within 1 to 2 billing cycles on your credit card.

How long does the return process take? Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit card has been credited.

Are there any retail stores in Canada that carry Wanted Shoes? Merchandise shown on wantedshoes.com is available in the USA only and not in Canada. For further questions please call us at 1-800-367-9220 or email us at ics@wantedshoes.com.

I purchased a pair of shoes online. Will I be able to return them or exchange them at one of the retail stores that carry Wanted shoes? No. All merchandise must be returned to the location of the original purchase. Wantedshoes.com will gladly accept returns for products originally purchased. Please refer to our return policy.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed? Orders can only be cancelled by wantedshoes.com Customer Service once it has been placed. You must call 1-800-367-9220 to see if the order can be cancelled. Please be aware that Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST. Keep in mind that the longer you wait to cancel your order, the greater the chance the order has passed through to the warehouse, and your order will have to be shipped. You will then have to return the merchandise for a refund.
